Hiring FAQ
Before we start.
- How do you quote?
- We first define what you need to solve, the deliverables and the required features or pieces. For digital projects, we also review integrations and available content. We prepare a quote from that scope; you do not need to arrive with a technical solution already chosen.
- How is payment handled?
- Payment terms are defined in the quote according to the scope and stages of the project.
- How long does a project take?
- It depends on scope, review rounds and required production. Before starting, we agree on a clear schedule.
- Do you work outside San José?
- Digital projects can be coordinated remotely. For print and signage, tell us the location and we will confirm coverage.
